Loan Originator

Looking for an originator who loves the craft — clients first, fast follow-through, and clean files. We'll back you with a steady referral pipeline and an operations team that protects your time.
What you'll do
- Walk clients through the loan process from prequal to close.
- Coach buyers on credit, savings, and program fit.
- Keep CRM notes current.
Responsibilities
- Generate purchase + refi leads.
- Close 4-8 loans per month.
- Maintain NMLS compliance.
What we're looking for
- NMLS license (or willing to obtain).
- Mortgage origination experience preferred.
- Strong communicator.
