When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and — depending on the form — details about your home-financing goals such as loan purpose, property type and state, approximate loan amount, credit range, timeframe, veteran status, and any message you write. Our systems also record technical information with each submission: your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, and the referring page.

Submissions are delivered to this office so it can respond to your inquiry and connect you with a loan originator, and are kept as a record of the conversation. BranchPage, the platform that operates this website, does not sell information submitted through it.

Your information is stored and processed by the service providers that operate this website platform: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), and Resend (transactional email, such as the confirmation you receive after submitting a form). Where this office has our AI chat assistant enabled, messages sent to it are processed by our third-party AI service provider. Where this office has added its own analytics tracking — most commonly Google Analytics — that provider also processes browsing data from visitors to this site, under its own privacy policy. Each processes information only to provide its service to the platform. The office may also record your submission in its own customer-relationship system.

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function. Where the office has added analytics or marketing scripts, those providers may set their own cookies as described in their own policies.

This site may include Paige, an AI chat assistant that answers visitors' general questions about our team and how the mortgage process works. Paige identifies itself as AI in its first message, is not a loan officer, and does not replace the advice of one of our licensed loan officers — anything specific to your situation is handed off to a person. Where this office has AI chat enabled, Paige runs on a large-language-model service from one of the service providers listed above. Paige does not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers; if one is typed in by mistake, it is removed before the assistant or our records ever see it.

To ask what information is held about you, or to request correction or deletion, contact the office using the phone number or email in the footer of this page. The platform provides the office with the tools to honor such requests, including permanent deletion of a submitted record.
