Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 9, 2026
BranchPage is a product of J&P Tech Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways. When you contact us — for example, by email or through a form — we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider also automatically collects technical details such as IP addresses and browser information to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and consent
We use cookies and similar technologies in two categories. Strictly necessary technologies keep the site working — for example, secure sign-in sessions for site operators and remembering the cookie choice you make. These are always on.
Optional analytics and marketing technologies (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or advertising pixels) are used to understand how the site is used and to measure marketing. These stay off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; choosing Decline keeps them off. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies across this site. You can change it at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
How we use information
We use your information primarily to respond to your inquiries and to provide our services, and to operate and secure this website.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that operate this site on our behalf — Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), and Resend (transactional email) — each of which processes it solely to provide its service to us, and when required to do so by law.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number — by contacting us, or through a service we operate on your behalf — we use it only to send the messages you asked for and to reply to you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to stop at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile information is shared only with the providers that deliver the messages for us, and only for that purpose.
Connecting Facebook and Instagram
If you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account to BranchPage, you are asking us to act on that account for you. Doing so gives us an access token for the Page you selected, along with the Page’s name and identifier and the identifier of any Instagram professional account linked to it. Nothing is connected until you choose it, and you choose which Page — we never pick one for you.
We use that access only to do what you ask from inside the product: publish or schedule the posts you write, and read and reply to comments on them. We do not browse your personal Facebook profile, we do not read your friends list, and we do not use anything obtained this way to build advertising profiles or to train models. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the hosting and infrastructure providers that run BranchPage on our behalf.
The access token is encrypted before it is stored. It is kept only while the connection is in place, and it belongs to the individual who connected it — connecting your account does not give your colleagues the ability to post as you.
Removing this data. Choosing Disconnect on the Facebook & Instagram screen in BranchPage deletes the stored token and account identifiers from our systems. Because Facebook keeps its own record of the applications you have authorised, we recommend also removing BranchPage there: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select BranchPage CRM, and remove it. Posts already published stay on your Page or profile, where you can delete them as you would any other post. If you would rather we handled the removal, or want confirmation that it is done, write to contact@branchpage.com and we will action it and confirm in writing.
Data retention
We retain inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at contact@branchpage.com.
International visitors
This site is operated from the United States. By using it, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.
Children's privacy
This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version.
