White-label CRM · any industry

The follow-up stops
the moment they reply.

Nobody on your list gets an automated “did you see my note?” after they already answered.

A CRM that runs under your brand, on your domain, with your industry's vocabulary — built by J&P Tech Solutions.

What it looks like

The screen where the follow-up stops.

Someone answers, and the sequence they were on stops before the next message goes out. Nobody has to remember to take them off the list.

Inside the CRM

Eight modules. One of them is the reason for the other seven.

The one that matters

Reply detection
Someone answers, and their follow-up stops. Nobody gets a “just checking in” about a message they already replied to.
One inbox
Email and texts in a single queue per person, so nothing gets answered twice and nothing gets missed.
Follow-up that runs itself
Sequences that keep going for days or months without you — and know when to stop.
Radar
The work you would have missed, surfaced on its own: renewals coming due, proposals gone quiet, clients nobody has called in months.
Deals and priorities
What is actually in play, what it is worth, who owns it — and which people are worth your morning.
Pipeline and sending
Move a deal forward and the right follow-up starts. Send to a list and see exactly who receives it before it goes.
Marketing studio
Landing pages, funnels, templates and QR codes under your own brand, feeding straight into the CRM.
Reports and documents
Know where the business comes from, and keep client files somewhere they belong.

Works with what you already use

Your brand and your domainYour own email address and mailboxYour own phone numbersEmail, texts and calls in one placeConnects to the systems you already runYour industry's words, not generic ones

Built to plug into what you already run.

Already running other software? The CRM connects to it, so the tools you have stay the source of truth and nobody retypes anything. Bring your setup to the demo and we will tell you straight whether it fits.

Built to be defensible

The rules are in the engine, not in a policy document.

The difference between a CRM that sends and a CRM you can defend is what it refuses to do on your behalf.

It knows what hour it is where they are.

Texts land inside the hours the law allows, in your contact's time zone rather than your office's. You never have to think about it, and it never sends early to be safe.

Consent you can actually produce.

When someone agrees to hear from you, that agreement is kept as proof — for the day a regulator, a carrier or a client asks you to show it.

It does not guess.

Anything the system is not certain about waits for a person instead of acting. Software that guesses eventually sends a message nobody approved, and you hear about it from the client.

There is more to this than fits on a page. We will walk your team through all of it.

Pricing

Let's talk.

The CRM is quoted per company — how many offices, how many people, which channels you actually use. Setup, onboarding and the carrier registration for your numbers are part of the quote, not a surprise later.

Questions

The questions worth asking before you sign.

Does it send texts?

Yes, from your own registered number. Getting a number approved to send is part of onboarding and we do it with you — until it clears, texting runs in test mode on purpose, because messages that look sent and quietly never arrive are worse than a wait you can see.

Can it call people?

You can call from the app, and your client sees your number. We do not place automated calls with an artificial voice, and we will not turn that on for your account.

Is my data separated from other clients'?

Yes — your workspace is yours, with access levels per person and two-factor you can require across the company. We are happy to take your security team through it in detail on a call.

Does it work for my industry?

The screens speak your vocabulary instead of a generic one. It runs mortgage, cybersecurity and aviation workspaces on the same platform today.

Can my team have different levels of access?

Yes. Different people see and do different things, and you decide who can send on the company's behalf.

Who builds and maintains it?

J&P Tech Solutions. You talk to the people who write it, and fixes ship to every workspace at once.
