BranchPage Hub · the layer on top
The first screen your office opens.
BranchPage Hub is the layer on top of BranchPage CRM and BranchPage Websites: what needs you today, in one screen — in your brand, under your name.
- Call Priya about the appraisal
- Send disclosures — Okafor refi
- Marcus Hale · pre-approval letter
- Jenna Ruiz · closing date

What's in it
The home screen, block by block.
Everything below ships today. The leads, tasks, replies, social and loan numbers come from BranchPage CRM, live; the rest is the office's own.
Announcement
The office announcement, pinned at the top of everyone's home screen.
New leads
The leads in BranchPage CRM nobody has contacted yet — counted, and one click away.
Today
Your CRM tasks due today or overdue. Each one opens its contact in the CRM.
Waiting for your reply
The emails waiting on you, mirrored from your CRM inbox, with the full list a click away.
Inbox digest
Switch it on and your connected Outlook or Gmail inbox is sorted for you: clients waiting, things to sign, lender updates and newsletters, the rest. Client emails open in the CRM; the rest open in your own Outlook or Gmail.
Social
New comments and reactions on your own Facebook and Instagram posts, from BranchPage CRM. Each one opens in the CRM, where you reply.
Industry news
Headlines from public agency sources — guideline changes, agencies and rules, FHA, VA and USDA — in the topics you pick. Each opens on the publisher's site.
Quick Launch
Up to twelve tiles: BranchPage first, your favourites next, your own tiles in the order you drag them.
Library
Office documents in seven categories — brand, compliance, training and more — every upload scanned before anyone can open it. The product guides live here too.
Updates
Memos, lender updates and announcements, written in Markdown, pinned ones first.
Calendar
One shared office calendar — closing dates and office events, read and written by the whole team.
Performance
Closed volume over six months and an office leaderboard, from your CRM's loans. Sharing the leaderboard is a switch.
Today's rates
A live market-rates band in the office's colours, at the foot of the home screen.
Share link + QR
Your application or co-branded link, with a copy button and a QR code to scan off your phone.
Onboarding checklist
A new hire's own checklist, ticked off from the home screen until the last item is done.
Tools
A payment calculator, a QR code generator, and short links with click counts.
Partners
Your co-marketing partners from the CRM — a loan officer sees their own, an admin the whole office.
Search
One search box across apps, library, guides, updates, partners and tools.
Ask Paige, the Hub's AI assistant.
Paige answers from the office's own updates, library and admin notes — who to escalate to, where the compliance checklist is, what this week's memo said. It says it is an AI, never quotes a rate, and never calls a file approved: those answers come from your pricing engine and your loan officers, and Paige points there instead.
Summarize my inbox. Tap it and AI summarizes what's waiting in your inbox: the most important messages and the to-dos, each one linked to where you answer it. Names we recognize from your CRM, and personal details, are removed before anything reaches the model, and sensitive emails from clients are left out. How we use AI →
For the admin
One screen to run it. Your brand on all of them.
The office admin publishes, brands and manages the Hub without us. Sign-in is the CRM's; the Hub keeps its own audit log.
Manage
Seven tabs: Apps, Library, Updates, Onboarding, People, Branding and Paige knowledge. Items are published, pinned, expired or switched off from one place.
Your brand
Hub name, tagline, logo, mark and two colours — the office's Hub, under the office's name. BranchPage appears only as a small “Powered by” credit and the tile back to the CRM.
One sign-in
The Hub signs in with BranchPage CRM — one account, one session. We switch two-factor on for your office when you ask, the Hub locks on its own when left idle, and privileged changes land in an audit log.
Why
What the office gets back.
The morning starts with what needs you, not with the inbox.
Instead of forty-five minutes digging through mail, the office opens to one screen: the announcement, the new leads nobody has called, today's tasks, and the replies waiting on you.
One login with the CRM.
The Hub signs in with BranchPage CRM. The leads, tasks and replies it shows are the CRM's own, read live — nothing to sync, nothing to enter twice.
Your brand on every screen.
The office's name, logo and colours, on a page nobody outside the office can open. Ours is a small “Powered by” credit at the foot of the page.
Pricing
Two tiers, per office.
Add-on to BranchPage CRM — the Hub signs in with the CRM and shows its leads, tasks and replies. Annual contracts save 10%.
Professional Hub
The whole Hub — every block above, the admin screens, your brand.
Professional AI Hub
Everything in Professional Hub, plus Paige, the inbox summary, and every AI feature the Hub adds.
Questions
The questions worth asking before you sign.
Do I need BranchPage CRM?
Yes. The Hub is an add-on to BranchPage CRM: it signs in with the CRM's account and the leads, tasks, replies, partners and loan figures it shows are the CRM's. There is no Hub without a CRM workspace behind it.
Does it replace my intranet?
If your intranet is a start page with the office's apps, a document library, an updates feed and a calendar — yes, that is what the Hub is, with the CRM's day wired into it. If it also runs payroll or HR, no, and we will tell you so on the call.
Does it work on my phone?
It is a responsive website, not an app to install: open it in the phone's browser and the home screen stacks into one column. The side widgets — the mini calendar and the mini Paige — appear only on wide desktop screens.
What is the AI tier?
Professional AI Hub adds the Hub's AI: Paige, the Hub's AI assistant, and AI that summarizes what's waiting in your inbox — plus every AI feature the Hub adds from here on. Paige answers from the office's own updates, library and admin notes, says it is an AI, and never quotes a rate or calls a file approved.
Can the office brand it?
Yes — Hub name, tagline, logo, mark and two colours, set by the office's admin. The header and every card carry the office's brand; BranchPage appears only as a small “Powered by” credit at the foot of the page and as the Quick Launch tile that takes you back to the CRM.
See your office's morning on one screen.
Thirty minutes, your brand on the screen, and the Hub open on a real CRM workspace so you can see where the day starts.
